The Neuroscience Research Team is part of the University of Newcastle School of Biomedical Science and Pharmacy.
Our researchers cover the spectrum of nervous system disorders including pain and inflammation, mood disorders, addiction,
complex brain and psychiatric disorders like psychosis and schizophrenia, balance and hearing, as well as neurodegenerative conditions like dementia.
Our research is conducted in research facilities across multiple sites at the Callaghan Campus (Medical Science Building/BioResearch Building).
